This hands-on workshop will teach you specific stretches that ease tension from your lower back and hip down to your calves and feet. Chronic inflammation is often the underlying cause of pain and scar tissue which may adhere to delicate nerve tissue. Learn how to gently ease tension at nerve entrapment sites so you may improve your flexibility and reduce lower back, hip, knee, ankle and foot pain from sciatica. Relaxed attire and attending with a partner are recommended.
